The terms and conditions of booking with Dream Destination Tours & Travels (A unit of RAJ Dream Destination Tours & Travels) (herein after said in short as “DDT&T”) are mentioned below:
Our Contract
All bookings are processed and organized by the DDT&T’s team. You are deemed to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions of DDT&T. Your booking with DDT&T will be accepted by our team once we have received your signed Booking Form, correctly and fully completed, a passport copy, and deposits related to all travelers of the tour. This means that you accept our Terms and Conditions and are entering into the contract. The services provided are those mentioned in the booking form and referenced proposal, as well as the down payment invoice.
Prices
The rates mentioned are, therefore, variable depending on the number of participants, the season, and the chosen route. They may also vary according to availability, demand for services, time of visit, and currency exchange rates.
The quoted prices are subject to surcharges in case of a sudden and substantial increase in fuel prices, airfare, and any taxes levied by the government, state, or federal.
Reservation Of Your Stay
1.) Down payment, balance, and final booking
Upon receipt of your booking form, duly filled out, we will issue a confirmation e-mail and a deposit payment request.
Reservations will only be finalised after receipt of the deposit of this down payment and upon receipt of the documents requested when the invoice is sent. All other details are mentioned below, depending on the services of the program:

40% to 50% of the total amount on confirmation of the tour (booking form completed and signed)

30% of the total amount four to 6 months before the beginning of the tour

Balance two months before the beginning of the tour.
If the date of your stay is less than 30 days away, we ask you to pay DDT&T 100% of the travel program amount within 3 days of the date of the request.
2.) Payment
Payment will be made by electronic transfer of funds to the bank account(s) specified by DDT&T on the advance receipt sent to the Customer or via a secure online payment gateway when this facility is available at the time of booking or payment.
Clients may also decide to pay with credit cards through any means of their choice (for instance, WISE, Google Pay, or any other online portal…)
IMPORTANT: Please note that India does not use an IBAN code; only the SWIFT code and bank account numbers are sufficient and will be quoted on your invoice.
If the customer fails to make a payment by the due date or fails to comply with any other commercial condition of this contract, DDT&T reserves the right to:

Cancel this contract and/or booking and take such steps as it deems necessary to recover the full amount due to DDT&T, and/or
-
cancel any future bookings made by the customer, and/or
-
recover from the Customer any costs incurred, and/or
-
refuse to accept any further bookings from the Customer;
Cancellation made by DDT&T
FIV reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel any booking if such cancellation is deemed necessary and in the interests of DDT&T prior to departure, including but not limited to force majeure, terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events if it is not viable or safe for us to operate the planned itinerary.
Depending on the circumstances, DDT&T may, at the written request of the customer, either :
- propose new travel dates based on a new proposal and transfer payments already made to this new trip,
- or reimburse the customer within 60 calendar days.
In cases where cancellation is due to external events beyond our control, refunds will be deducted from any irrecoverable costs.
DDT&T is not responsible for any incidental costs you may have incurred as a result of your booking, including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, excess travel insurance or non-refundable flights.
Customer modification, reduction, refund and cancellation policy
A modification refers to a change in the date of travel or arrival and/or an increase or reduction in the number of participants, rooms or services required, once confirmed.
All changes will be subject to the cancellation policy.
Any request for modification or cancellation will only be considered once DDT&T has received written notification from the customer.
Bookings held by DDT&T for which no deposit has been paid by the customer or for which no guarantee has been given will be cancelled by DDT&T upon notification to the customer.
In the event of cancellation of a customer's confirmed booking, DDT&T will be entitled to:
- Between confirmation and 61 days before arrival: 25% of the total amount of the booking
- Between 60 days and 31 days before arrival: 75% of the total value of the reservation.
- Less than 31 days before arrival: 100% of the total value of the booking.
- Cancellation during the journey or stay: 100% of the total value of the booking.
Failure to check in at the place of departure for any reason whatsoever, even in cases of force majeure, as well as the inability to depart due to failure to obtain or present travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificate, etc.), are considered late cancellations, giving rise to cancellation charges of 100%.
Any trip interrupted or cut short by one or more of the participants listed on the sales contract, for whatever reason, will not give rise to any refund.
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 60 calendar days.
Travel insurance
We highly advise you to take out travel insurance from the date of booking with DDT&T to avoid any financial loss.
We strongly recommend that your travel insurance cover provides against personal accident, death, medical expenses and hospital stay, emergency repatriation, as well as airline and hotel cancellations, personal liability, and loss of luggage and personal effects.
Passport and visa
All registered travellers must have a valid passport and all relevant visas and documents for the trip. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the validity of administrative documents relating to the trip, not only the passport and visas, but also all documents that meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities specific to each country.
Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the duration of your trip.
Note: for further information on visas, please contact the nearest Indian consulate. If you are travelling to a country other than India, you should check visa requirements.
Tourist visas (e-tourist visas) can only be obtained online via the government website https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html.
Any fines, penalties, payments or expenses incurred as a result of the non-regularisation of these documents will be the responsibility of the customer. The DDT&T team is not responsible for the completion of the above documents.
Please note: if your travel itinerary includes a stay in India and/or any other country, such as Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet, Sri Lanka, etc., a multiple-entry tourist visa will be required.
You may be required to submit your travel itinerary and documentation at the time of visa application. DDT&T can provide you with the travel documents required for the visa application, which are personal and non-transferable.
Health and Safety Information
The DDT&T team advises regular visits to the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your country of residence.
We also advise you to regularly consult the information provided by the competent authorities on the medical risks of travelling to India or neighboring countries. It is the client's responsibility to be aware of all health requirements for travel destinations and to ensure that all necessary documentation regarding vaccinations or other matters is provided. You should consult your doctor for more information.
Due to the COVID-19 / pandemic situation, rules and regulations may change at any time by decision of the Indian government. This may affect the tour due to the closure of monuments or other activities. DDT&T cannot be held responsible.
Responsibilities
In the event of loss, accident, illness, program changes or any other failure beyond its control, DDT&T declines all responsibility. If any additional fees are required, they will be paid by the clients.
DDT&T will assist you as much as possible to handle situations up to your safe return.
En cas de perte, d'accident, de maladie, de changement de programme ou de toute autre défaillance indépendante de sa volonté, FIV décline toute responsabilité. Si des frais supplémentaires sont nécessaires, ils seront payés par les clients.
DDT&T vous aidera autant que possible à gérer les situations jusqu'à votre retour en toute sécurité.
Jurisdiction
Any legal question, arbitration, or dispute related to the tour, or these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Jaipur Court (Rajasthan) in India.
Any conflict or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed in accordance with the law of India, and the court in Jaipur (Rajasthan) shall alone have jurisdiction.
